Our spring/summer/fall 2024 openings are below. We encourage you to send your resume and cover letter along for consideration!
Our Program Leaders and Assistants work 6- 10 hour days, depending on program location and activity. We anticipate offering from 1 - 4 days of work per week during the spring and summer. Our program staff work at All Out Adventures alongside other commitments, including education programs and/or other work. We make our schedules seasonally and well in advance so program staff can plan around their other commitments.

Program Leaders
Program Leaders work in partnership with other Program Leaders, Program Assistants, and Volunteers to operate participant-focused, high-quality outdoor recreation experiences. Program Leaders are responsible for ensuring that programs are operated in accordance with AOA’s vision and values and according to training. Program Leaders conduct themselves in a professional manner in interactions with program participants, other staff, vendors, and the general public, recognizing that they represent the organization while working.
Program Assistants
Program Assistants work under the direction of Program Leaders to operate participant-focused, high-quality outdoor recreation experiences. Program Assistants conduct themselves in a professional manner in interactions with program participants, other staff, vendors, and the general public, recognizing that they represent the organization while working.
Recumbent Trike Shop Manager
The Recumbent Trike Shop Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of our recumbent trike shop, handling all aspects of the customer experience from appointment setting to facilitating test rides to customer education to adaptations. The trike shop is open seasonally from mid-March through October.
This position is filled. However, we are still accepting applications for a part time trike mechanic. Job description to be posted soon.
