Upcoming 2025 Winter Season

We do not currently have openings for Program Leaders.  However, you are encouraged to send along your resume for consideration for future seasons, as we anticipate hiring 1 -2 Program Leaders for spring/summer/fall 2025.

Our Program Leaders and Assistants work 6- 10 hour days, depending on program location and activity. We anticipate offering from 1 - 3 days of work per week during the winter with up to full time work from spring through fall. Our program staff work at All Out Adventures alongside other commitments, including graduate school and/or other work. We make our schedules seasonally and well in advance so program staff can plan around their other commitments.

Program Leaders work in partnership with other Program Leaders, Program Assistants, and Volunteers to operate participant-focused, high-quality outdoor recreation experiences.  Program Leaders are responsible for ensuring that programs are operated in accordance with AOA’s vision and values and according to training. Program Leaders conduct themselves in a professional manner in interactions with program participants, other staff, vendors, and the general public, recognizing that they represent the organization while working.

Program Assistants work under the direction of Program Leaders to operate participant-focused, high-quality outdoor recreation experiences.  Program Assistants conduct themselves in a professional manner in interactions with program participants, other staff, vendors, and the general public, recognizing that they represent the organization while working.

We do not have a current Trike Mechanic opening.  However, interested applicants are encouraged to send in their resume and cover letter for us to keep on file for future opportunities.

Assemblies, repairs, tune-ups, adaptations to ensure people of all abilities can comfortably ride. We will train someone with bike mechanic skills and aptitude on tasks that are specific to recumbent trikes. The trike shop is open seasonally from mid-March through October. 10-20 flexible hours each week.
