All Out Adventures, in partnership with the Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is pleased to offer adaptive cycling for Veterans and disabled members of the Armed Forces and their loved ones. This program is free of charge and is funded by a federal Veterans Adaptive Sports Grant. All ages and abilities are welcome!
All equipment is provided, but you must pre-register for a time slot by calling All Out Adventures at 413-584-2052 or emailing info@alloutadventures.org. Reserve a handcycle, recumbent trike, or tandem recumbent trike for 1 - 2 hours during the program time.

Join us for guided group hikes at Mt. Tom State Reservation in Holyoke. Meet us outside in the main parking lot next to Bray Lake. This is a mixed group of hikers with various levels of abilities so we will travel at a pace inclusive of everyone. We will cover approximately 1-2.5 miles based on the group's ability and interest. We will hike on the accessible trail with options to hike some gentle hills and steeper hills as well. Equipment, such as binoculars and hiking poles, and instruction are provided by our knowledgeable and friendly program staff. We have adaptive equipment such as trails wheelchairs, and an off-road walker.
Pre-registration required. Group 1: Arrive at 11:00AM to sign in and get equipment. Activity is from 11:15 AM-12:45 PM Group 2: Arrive at 1:15 PM to sign in and get equipment. Activity is from 1:30 PM-3:00 PM
What to bring: Dress for hiking with sturdy shoes or hiking boots. Dress in layers. Bring a small backpack with a water bottle and snack. Extra warm layers.
Important Information: There is an accessible porta-potty on site.
Cost: Suggested donation $5 per participant. No charge for Veterans.

Cycling Program for People with Traumatic or Acquired Brain Injuries and Their Loved Ones Pre-register and join us at Look Park to check out a wide variety of cycles that can accommodate riders of all abilities with stable recumbent tricycles, tandem cycles, hand-pedaled cycles, and more. Then go for a ride around the park as many times as you'd like in the hour time slot. The park loop is 1.25 miles.
Recumbent trikes offer a neutral, comfortable body position, so they are perfect for anyone who wants to get some non-weight-bearing exercise without having to balance a two-wheel bike or for those who are uncomfortable on a two-wheel bike for any reason. We can set up trikes for one-sided control.
Equipment and cycles provided. Helmets are required for all riders. You can bring your own or borrow one of ours. Sign up for a one hour time slot within the program time of 11 AM-3 PM. Program Cost: $5
- This program is open to survivors of traumatic or acquired brain injuries and their loved ones.

Join us for accessible cycling on the Norwottuck Rail Trail in Hadley. We have an array of cycles that can accommodate riders of all abilities from stable, comfortable recumbent trikes to handcycles to tandem recumbent trikes to wheelchair tandems.
This program is open to people with disabilities and their families and friends. Seniors are invited to register as well.
Instruction, equipment, and assistance as needed are provided.
Pre-registration is required by 3PM the day before the program. You will receive an email confirmation for participation.
Participants may sign up for a one-hour timeslot during the program time between 10AM - 3PM.
Please let us know the approximate time you would like to arrive when you call or email.

The fee is $5-20. Sliding scale per session.
AOA staff will:
- Host a sign-in and registration table at the Program Base area
