We do not currently have spring/summer openings.  However, we do encourage people to reach out if they are interested in and meet the qualifications for one of our positions, and we will reach out if openings become available.  Thank you!

Our Program Leaders and Assistants work 6- 10 hour days, depending on program location and activity.  We anticipate offering from 1 - 4 days of work per week during the spring and summer.  Our program staff work at All Out Adventures alongside other commitments, including education programs and/or other work.  We make our schedules seasonally and well in advance so program staff can plan around their other commitments.

Program Leaders

Work collaboratively as part of a small team to run high quality, FUN!, adaptive recreation programs for people of all ages adn all abilities.  Program Leaders are responsible for ensuring that programs are operated in accordance with AOA’s vision and values and in accordance with our seasonal trainings.

Program Assistants

Program Assistants work under the direction of Program Leaders to operate participant-focused, high-quality, FUN!, outdoor recreation experiences for people of all ages and all abilities.

Recumbent Trike Mechanic

Assemblies, repairs, tune-ups, adaptations to ensure people of all abilities can comfortably ride.  We will train someone with bike mechanic skills and aptitude on tasks that are specific to recumbent trikes.  The trike shop is open seasonally from mid-March through October.  10-20 flexible hours each week.
