Cycling Program for People with Traumatic or Acquired Brain Injuries and Their Loved Ones
Pre-register and join us at the Shaker Farms Bike Path in Westfield, MA to check out a wide variety of cycles that can accommodate riders of all abilities with stable recumbent tricycles, tandem cycles, hand-pedaled cycles, and more. Then go for a ride on the rail trail for a one hour time slot!
Recumbent trikes offer a neutral, comfortable body position, so they are perfect for anyone who wants to get some non-weight-bearing exercise without having to balance a two-wheel bike or for those who are uncomfortable on a two-wheel bike for any reason. We can set up trikes for one-sided control.
Equipment and cycles provided. Helmets are required for all riders. You can bring your own or borrow one of ours.
Sign up for a one hour time slot within the program time of 10 AM-3 PM.
Program Cost: $5
- This program is open to survivors of traumatic or acquired brain injuries and their loved ones.
- Pre-registration by 3pm the day before is required. We will not be able to accommodate any walk-ins. You can pre-register by emailing us (info @alloutadventures.org) or calling us at 413-584-2052

Cycling Program for People with Brain Injuries
Pre-register and join us at Look Park to check out a wide variety of cycles that can accommodate riders of all abilities with stable recumbent tricycles, tandem cycles, hand-pedaled cycles, and more. Then go for a ride around the park as many times as you'd like in the hour time slot. The park loop is 1.25 miles.
